Swapping 101

1. Sign up.  Pay your participation fee and secure your participation number, this number is important because it determines in which order you enter the Swap to choose your new items.  Use Pay Pal to the left and secure your place in line or you can pay the day of the Swap.  Please contact me if you want to make other arrangements. Remember, the participation fee is $10 if you pre-pay or $15 the day of the Swap.

2. Turn in your furniture and home decor Swap items. I have already received some Swap items.  Feel free to call or text me when you are ready to drop off your contributions or you can bring them the day of the Swap.  If you choose to bring your items the day of the Swap please come early.  Jeni at 480.570.8923. Remember, bring one item trade for one item, bring 3 items, trade 3 items. At a loss for what to bring to the Swap?  Click here

3.  Finalize your Tweed inspired outfit.  Some of you have asked, "Do we have to dress up?"  No, it's not required to dress the part, but it sure is fun!  So don't be shy, pull that tweed skirt and argyle socks out of your closet, don your snappiest of tweed inspired duds.

3.  Dinner, Shopping and
the Swap Preview
Come early to the Swap Friday Nov 12th.
Preview begins 7pm or earlier
Don't be late, you will be sad.
Fraser Fields Historic Neighborhood
Eat soup, preview Swap items, shop our fantastic vendors and mingle with friends.  Support our sponsors/vendors, who are local small business owners, with a little holiday shopping.  All the Swap items will be displayed in a roped off area, you'll be able to preview what items are up for Swap and make your swapping strategy!

4. The main event:
Swapping begins 7:30pm sharp!
Form a line according to your Participation Number (you received this # when you signed up and paid).  This is the order in which you will enter the Swap.  We have a few door prizes and giveaways that will take place before the Swap begins and then at 7:25pm a final call will be made.  If you have cold feet about swapping, this is where you can retract your Swap items and receive your refund.  After the final call, all Swap items are up for Swapping.  Don't worry if you're last in line, you won't be left to choose between a dirty old fork and a dirty old knife.  The Swap is organized in such a way that everyone gets a chance at the coolest stuff.  I promise, you will be happy!

5.  Enjoy your Swap booty (kinda like Pirates Booty).
